Bill Clipse was born and raised in Austintown, Ohio and has lived there all of his life. He is an Austintown Fitch High School graduate and currently resides in Austintown with his wife Elaine and two sons Dan and Matt. Recently he retired as a carpenter with 30 years from General Motors Corporation and is currently the owner of Meander Homes Construction Inc. Working in the housing business was something he learned at a very young age with his parents who taught him the qualities of reliability and honesty. From fixer-uppers in his early days to remodeling and then new construction, Bill has done it all. He has constructed new homes in Trumbull, Mahoning and Columbiana Counties, including two of Austintown, Ohio's finest developments: Chapel Valley and Victory Hill Estates. Locally owned and operated, Meander Homes has a lot of hometown pride and strives to provide unmatched quality and service to the community we love.
